NEWWEAR processes personal information and has adopted this Privacy Policy, which explains how we
process personal information which we may receive or collect as part of our services or when you visit our
website. We are only processing personal information which is relevant and necessary for our cooperation
with you, or to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations.
This Privacy Policy applies for our own website (www.NewWear.dk).
We process data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament) (the “GDPR”).

What information do we collect about you

In order to register you as customer by NEWWEAR, it is imperative that we collect, save and process your personal data (e.g. your name, address and e-mail address).

NEWWEAR uses external data processors to host our registration sites and we have entered into a Data Processor Agreement with them in accordance with the GDPR.

We also collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys and provide feedback. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

What are your rights?

Right to access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact NEW WEAR that will provide you with your personal data via e-mail.

Right to portability:
Whenever NEW WEAR process your personal data by automated means based on your consent or based on an agreement you have the right to get a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party. This only includes the personal data you have submitted to us.

Right to rectification:
You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed. If you have a NEW WEAR account you can edit your personal data.

Right to erasure:
You have the right to erase any personal data processed by NEW WEAR at any time except for the following situations
- you have an ongoing matter with Customer Service
- you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped
- you have an unsettled debt with NEW WEAR, regardless of the payment method
- if you have made any purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for bookkeeping rules

Your right to object to processing based on legitimate interest:
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on NEW WEAR legitimate interest. NEW WEAR will not continue to process the personal data unless we can demonstrate a legitimate ground for the process which overrides your interest and rights or due to legal claims.

Right to restriction:
You have the right to request that NEW WEAR restricts the process of your personal data under the following circumstances:
- if you object to a processing based NEW WEAR legitimate interest, NEW WEAR shall restrict all processing of such data pending the verification of the legitimate interest.
- if you have claim that your personal data is incorrect, NEW WEAR must restrict all processing of such data pending the verification of the accuracy of the personal data.
